At LinkBuildingMastery.com, we aim to make your event experience seamless and stress-free—from registration to attendance. Please review our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a ticket.

Shipping Policy

Since our events are ticketed digitally, there is no physical shipping involved.

  • Once you complete your registration and payment, a confirmation email with your digital ticket or booking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  • If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@linkbuildingmastery.com

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund process works:

✅ Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date.
  • Partial Refunds (50%) may be granted for cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the event.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  • In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date or edition.

Ticket Transfers

Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee at no extra cost. Simply email us the new attendee’s details at admin@linkbuildingmastery.com at least 72 hours before the event.
