Shipping Policy

Since our events are ticketed digitally, there is no physical shipping involved.

• Once you complete your registration and payment, a confirmation email with your digital ticket or booking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
  
• If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]
  
  

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund process works:

✅ Refund Eligibility

• Full Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event date.
  
• Partial Refunds (50%) may be granted for cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the event.
  
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event.
  
  

⚠️ Exceptions

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
  
• In the unlikely event that we cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date or edition.
  
  

Ticket Transfers

Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee at no extra cost. Simply email us the new attendee’s details at [email protected] at least 72 hours before the event.
