1. TICKET PURCHASE & DELIVERY

1.1. By purchasing a ticket at the advertised price on our website, you agree to these terms. Entry to the event constitutes acceptance of these policies.

1.2. Ticket prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout.

1.3. Entry may be denied to individuals who fail to present valid proof of ticket purchase.

1.4. Full payment is required before entry to the event is permitted.

1.5. Upon payment, tickets will be sent electronically to the email provided during purchase. The ticket, which includes the attendee’s name, serves as proof of purchase and must be presented for event registration.

1.6. Tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. Attendees must provide valid identification if requested.

2. EVENT CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR

2.1. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual whose presence we believe may negatively impact the event or its attendees.

2.2. Any attendee exhibiting inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or anti-social actions may be removed without eligibility for a refund.

2.3. No unauthorized events, promotions, or affiliations with our event may be hosted during the event days without prior written consent.

2.4. Attendees must comply with all legal requirements during their participation in the event. Any failure to do so may result in liability for associated damages or costs.

3. TICKET REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

3.1. Tickets are non-transferable.

3.2. Refunds are available up to 45 days before the event date. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [contact email].

3.3. Tickets must not be copied, resold, or reproduced.

4. EVENT MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION

4.1. We reserve the right to modify event details, including the schedule or venue, due to unforeseen circumstances. If necessary, we will make reasonable efforts to continue the event at an alternate location or time.

4.2. In the case of event cancellation, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion, subject to recoverable supplier costs and applicable processing fees.

4.3. Updates to these terms may be made at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

5. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

5.1. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions.

5.2. Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue, property, or furnishings and must cover the costs of necessary repairs.

5.3. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket value.

5.4. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of attendees. While cloakrooms may be provided, items stored are at the owner’s risk.

6. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

6.1. Attendees are advised to secure appropriate insurance, including personal injury coverage, before attending the event.

7. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

7.1. We will not be held liable for the inability to host the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial actions affecting suppliers;
  • Extreme weather conditions, civil unrest, or security threats;
  • Venue infrastructure failures such as power or water supply issues.

7.2. If an event must be canceled due to such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to seek alternative arrangements where possible.

8. GENERAL TERMS

8.1. These terms represent the entire agreement between the parties. Attendees confirm they have not relied on any external representations beyond those stated herein.

8.2. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

8.3. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
